This page is where an administrator can select from the existing respondents in the system those which should have access to a given questionnaire.
From this page the administrator can also add new users to the system, either one by one or by uploading a CSV file with a list of users.
How to authorize a respondent
- Visit the questionnaire dashboard
- Hover over the context menu’s ‘Manage Questionnaire’ option, hover over ‘Manage’ and select respondents from the drop down menu
- Select the respondent that you want to authorize and click on the authorize
button. Note: You can authorize more than one respondent at a time. You
can filter down the list of respondents by using the ‘Select’ filters, the search
box or by selecting a group to filter by.
